On-Line Returns

If a customer would like to return an item purchased online from Red and White Shop they may do so for a full refund of the merchandise within a 30 day period. Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase. If you would like to make a size exchange for an item you purchased on-line in our retail store you may do so but please note that not all items in our retail store are the same as online. Call ahead so that we can guarantee your item will be at the store for your exchange. 1-919-803-3268.

How To Do A Return/Exchange By Mail

Please print and fill out the Return/Exchange Form below and mail your sealed and insured package to the address below. Include this return form and a copy of the invoice or receipt. You will be responsible for the extra shipping charges when exchanging an item. So for regular sized packages please include $5 for shipping and for large and/or drop shipped orders we will have to charge an additional amount  

Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 2 business days. Please include check, money order, or credit card information if the new item(s) is greater than the value of the return and for shipping
