If a customer would like to return an item purchased online from Red and White Shop, they may do so for a full refund of the merchandise within a 45 day period. Store credits have a 60 day return period. Shipping charges for orders are non-refundable as only merchandise will be refunded.
We realize people are shopping early for Christmas presents. Being a small, locally owned business, we will continue to be flexible with our return policy.
Items must be in original condition and have original tags and/or unopened packaging.
Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a return label for the defective item as well as ship a new one out at our cost.
If you would like to make a size exchange for an item you purchased on-line in our retail store, you may do so but please note that not all items online are available at our retail store. Please call ahead so that we can guarantee your item will be at the store for your exchange. 1-919-803-3268.
How To Do A Return/Exchange By Mail
Please print and fill out the Return/Exchange Form below and mail your sealed and insured package to the address below. Include this return form and a copy of the invoice or receipt. Customers will be responsible for the extra shipping charges when shipping an item back to us for an exchange or return. The Red & White Shop will pay for shipping the return back to the customer.
Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 2 business days once received. Please include check, money order, or credit card information if the new item(s) is greater than the value of the return.
